What to include in your email
- iPhone model + iOS version
- Health Export app version
- Export type you tried (PDF/CSV/etc., if applicable)
- Any error message shown
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes

- Update to the latest app version
- Restart the app
- Ensure the required permissions are enabled in iOS Settings (if relevant)
- Try exporting a smaller date range to isolate the issue

Cropperoo (Web)

What to include
- File type and approximate size (e.g., “PDF ~120MB”)
- Browser + version and device type
- Steps you took (upload → select page → crop → export)
- If possible, share a non-sensitive sample file that reproduces the issue
Quick checks
- Try a smaller file to isolate performance limits
- Ensure your browser has enough free memory (close extra tabs/apps)
- If output quality is low, note your expected DPI/quality
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
If any Service has paid features:
- Include the email used for purchase and the platform (App Store / web checkout)
- Do not send full credit card details
- We’ll guide you through platform-specific refund steps where applicable
