  • Your device/browser details (see below)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • What you expected vs what happened
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

App-specific help

Health Export (iOS)

Common issues we can help with

  • Export not generating / incomplete export
  • Sharing or file-save problems
  • iOS permission questions
  • Formatting or data mapping questions

What to include in your email

  • iPhone model + iOS version
  • Health Export app version
  • Export type you tried (PDF/CSV/etc., if applicable)
  • Any error message shown
  • Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes

Quick checks

  • Update to the latest app version
  • Restart the app
  • Ensure the required permissions are enabled in iOS Settings (if relevant)
  • Try exporting a smaller date range to isolate the issue

HeyShifu (Web)

Common issues we can help with

  • Name generation not working / slow
  • Results not loading
  • Payment/subscription issues (if applicable)
  • Language/character display issues

What to include

  • Website URL you used
  • Browser + version (Chrome/Safari/Firefox)
  • Whether you were on mobile or desktop
  • A screenshot of the issue (hide sensitive info if needed)

Quick checks

  • Refresh the page
  • Try an incognito/private window
  • Disable browser extensions (ad blockers can interfere)
  • Try another browser to compare

Cropperoo (Web)

Common issues we can help with

  • PDF/image upload problems
  • Cropping inaccuracies
  • Output file quality/size
  • Performance with large files

What to include

  • File type and approximate size (e.g., “PDF ~120MB”)
  • Browser + version and device type
  • Steps you took (upload → select page → crop → export)
  • If possible, share a non-sensitive sample file that reproduces the issue

Quick checks

  • Try a smaller file to isolate performance limits
  • Ensure your browser has enough free memory (close extra tabs/apps)
  • If output quality is low, note your expected DPI/quality

Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

If any Service has paid features:

  • Include the email used for purchase and the platform (App Store / web checkout)
  • Do not send full credit card details
  • We’ll guide you through platform-specific refund steps where applicable
